I’m really excited to bring you today’s show. My guest this week is my long time friend, pro fitness model, WBFF 2016 world champion, and all round amazing woman, Hattie Boydle.
She is well-respected physique coach, fitness leader, influencer and WBFF Champion. She is also a positivity advocate, motivational speaker and business woman. Through her hugely successful online fitness coaching program, the Sports Model Project, Hattie empowers women to be the best they can be, inspires them to push their boundaries when it comes to weight training, healthy living, competing on stage or simply being the best version of themselves.
